Submarine Sandwiches by Chef Shireen Anwar














Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless                        3
Capsicum finely chopped                       1           
Hot dog buns                                        4
Ginger garlic paste                                1 tsp
Crushed red pepper (kuti lal mirch)         1 tsp
Curry powder                                        1 tsp
Salt                                                      1 tsp
Lemon juice                                          1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce                                   1 tbsp
Mustard paste                                       1/2 tsp
Oil                                                        2 tbsp
Onion coarsely chopped                         2 tbsp
Ketchup                                                3 tbsp
Mayonnaise                                           3 tbsp
Cheddar cheese grated                           4 tbsp
Butter                                                    as required

Method
 -         Cut chicken breast into thin strips
-         Marinate chicken strips with ginger garlic paste, crushed red pepper, salt, mustard paste and lemon juice for 10 minutes
-         Now heat oil in a frying pan, fry coarsely chopped onion for 2 minutes, then add marinated chicken strips, cook for 5 minutes till chicken is tender, add ketchup, chili garlic sauce, curry powder and chopped capsicum, cook for 3 minutes and remove.
-         Add grated 4 tbsp cheddar cheese and mix well,
-         Heat hot dog buns cut into halves, spread wit butter and mayonnaise, put filling in it. Serve immediately with fries.

Party Sandwich by Chef Shireen Anwar
















Ingredients
White sandwich bread (cut length wise)            3
Brown sandwich bread (cut length wise)          3
Butter                                                                         4 ounces
Cheese slices                                                         4
Tomato (cut into slices)                                         1
Cucumber (cut into slices)                                    1 
Chicken (roasted)                                                   2 cups
Salt                                                                            1/2 tsp
Black pepper                                                           1/2tsp
Mustard paste                                                         1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise                                                             4 tbsp

Ingredients for roasted chicken:
Chicken breast piece                                       2
Salt                                                                      1/2 tsp
Black pepper                                                     1/2 tsp
Ketchup                                                              1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste                                   1/2 tsp
Mustard powder                                                1/2 tsp
Wooster sauce                                                  1 tbsp
Lemon or vinegar                                              1 tbsp

Method
Take a loaf of bread and cut the bread length wise.
For roasted chicken: marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, then in 2 tbsp of oil cook the chicken till tender. Shred the chicken.
Spread 4 ounce butter on bread slices, on 1 slice of bread (white bread) spread tomato slices, sprinkle ½ tsp black pepper, put cheese slice, cover with second slice of bread(brown bread) leave it empty and put the third slice(white bread) on top, put roasted chicken, cucumber slices and green chutney. Cover with 4th slice, cut the bread in three then cut in triangle, decorates with chopped salad leaves.

Super Bird Sandwich by Chef Shireen Anwar
















Ingredients
Chicken breast                                     2 (flattened)
Egg                                                         1
Bread slices                                          4
Tomato sliced                                       4
Cheese slices                                       2
Wooster sauce                                      1 tbsp
Ketchup                                                  1 tbsp
Flour                                                        1 tbsp heaped
White pepper                                         1/4 tsp
Mustard paste
                             1/2 tsp
Salt                                                          1/2 tsp
Bread crumbs                                        as required
Butter                                                      spread on bread slices

Method:
-       Marinate chicken breast pieces with salt, pepper, mustard paste, Wooster sauce, ketchup, egg and flour,
-       Coat marinated chicken in bread crumbs, and shallow fry.
-       Apply butter on bread slices, put 2 cheese slices and grill for 2 minutes, top with salad leaves, fried chicken breast, 2 slices of tomatoes, cover with second slice of bread cut sandwich into halves.
-       Serve with fries and Coleslaw salad.

Grill Chicken Sandwich chef Shireen Anwar













Ingredients
Chicken boneless (cut into tiny cubes)            250 gm
Mushroom (sliced)                                               2
Hot dogs buns                                                      2
Salad leaves chopped                                       1/2 cup
Hp sauce                                                              1 tsp
Wooster sauce                                                    1 tsp
Black pepper                                                       1/2 tsp
Garlic ginger paste                                             1/2 tsp
Salt                                                                        1/2 tsp
Onion (Chopped)                                               2 tbsp
Oil                                                                          2 tbsp
Grated cheddar cheese                                    4 tbsp
Mayonnaise                                                        as required
Ketchup                                                               as required

Method:
-       Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, hp sauce and Wooster sauce for 15 minutes.
-       Heat 2 tbsp oil, add chopped onion, fry till soft, add 2 sliced mushrooms with marinated chicken cubes, cook for 5 minutes, add 4 tbsp grated cheese and remove from heat.
-       Cut hot dog bun from centre, spread mayonnaise and ketchup, fill with chicken filling.
-       Serve with chopped salad leaves and French Fries.

Grilled chicken sandwich by Chef Zakir



Ingredients:
Chicken breast piece                              2
Lemon                                                        1
Turmeric powder (haldi)                         1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste                                  2 tbsp
Chat masala                                             1 tsp
All spices powder (garam masala)      1 tsp
Red chilli powder                                     1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper                            1 tbsp
Cucumber                                                 1
Tomato                                                      2
Ice berg                                                     1/2 bunch
Mayonnaise                                              1/2 cup
Bread slices                                             4

Method:
-       Cut strips of chicken, and then marinate the chicken strips with lemon juice, turmeric powder, ginger, garlic paste, chat masala, all spices powder, red chili powder and crushed black pepper.
-       Then in 4 tbsp oil grill the chicken in grill pan
-       Now also grill bread slices. Then on one slice apply some mayonnaise, put chicken strips, then cucumber, tomato, ice berg on it and close the sandwich with other bread slice.

Tandoori club sandwich by chef shireen anwar


















Ingredients:
Bread slices                              9 (remove the corners)
Tomato                                     1 (cut slices)
Cucumber                                 1 (cut slices)
Roasted chicken                        2 cups
Omelet  made with                     2 eggs
Mayonnaise                              1/2 cup
Salad leaves                             as required
Salt                                          1/4 tsp
Black pepper                             3/4 tsp
Mustard powder                         3/4 tsp
Ketchup                                    2 tbsp

Ingredients for roast chicken
Chicken breast                          2 (thinly sliced)
Ginger and garlic paste              1/2 tsp
National tandori masala             2 tbsp
Yogurt (beat it)                          2 tbsp
Lemon juice                              2 tbsp


Method:
-       Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste, national tandoori masala, yogurt and lemon juice.
-       Now beat eggs, add a pinch of salt and black pepper, and make omelet.
-       Now add 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add marinated chicken in it cook for some time, till its soft. Now add ketchup, mustard powder and black pepper and mix it, then turn off the flame.
-       Spread butter then mayonnaise on every slice of bread.
-       Now take one slice of bread put the roasted chicken on it, then cover it with another bread slice, now place salad leaf, tomato and cucumber slices and omelet and then cover it with bread slice. Fix it with tooth picks. Serve them with Cole slaw and French fries

Potato Sandwich


Ingredients:
Potatoes (cut in cubes)              1 cup
Egg                                          4
Refined flour (Maida)                   8 tbsp
Butter or oil                               2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)         1/4 bunch
Green chilli (chopped)                 2
Black pepper                             to taste
Salt                                          to taste


Method:
Fists beat the eggs, then add butter in it and mix it well.
Add refined flour (maida) in it and beat it properly, then add coriander leaves, green chilli, black pepper and salt and mix it.
Now grease your sandwich maker with oil on both sides (up and down), then pour this mixture in sandwich maker, it will take around 5, 10 minutes to cook, then open the sandwich maker, and turn the sandwich so that other side also gets brown.
