Chicken Namkeen by Chef Shireen Anwar

Chicken (cut into 8 pieces)      1 kg
White pepper                             1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste                   1 tbsp
Black pepper                              1/2 tsp
Yogurt                                           2 tbsp
Lemon juice                                4 tbsp
Salt                                                1 1/2 tsp

-       Marinate chicken with  salt, white pepper,  black pepper, lemon juice, yogurt, ginger garlic paste for 2 hours,
-       Then put on skewers, Bar BQ or bake them.
-       Sprinkled with chat Masala and serve.
