Ingredients
Flour 2 cups
Clarified butter (Melted ghee) 5 tbsp
Sugar 6 tbsp (grind it after measuring)

Method:
- Mix ghee in flour, add in suagr (grinded), mix well,
- Knead with lukewarm water (neem garam paani) into a medium dough, leave it aside covered for about 1 hour.
- Roll dough very thin (as thin as possible), cut into squares, deep fry in oil till light golden on medium flame.
