Ingredients
Chops flattened 1/2 kg
Mince 250 gm
Bread slices 2
Green chilies finely chopped 3
Egg 1 or 2
Chili powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Mustard powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onion chopped 4 tbsp

Method:
- Marinate mince with soaked bread slices, egg, vinegar, chili powder, finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, green chilies chopped, salt, pepper and mustard powder, mix everything well,
- Flatten chops, marinate with salt, pepper, mustard a pinch each, wrap the prepared mince over the flatten chops, shape well, roll in bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry in oil on very low flame for 20 minutes, serve with fries and ketchup.
