Chicken mince satay recipe by chef shireen anwar

Beef or chicken mince (murge ka qeema)            250 grams
National seekh kabab masala                             2 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste                                      1 tsp
Capsicum (chopped)                                         1                                 
Onion (chopped)                                               1
Corn flour                                                         4 tbsp
Egg                                                                  1/2

Take mince in a bowl and marinate it with all the ingredients except for corn flour. Then roll it on wooden skewers and coat with corn flour and shallow fry it.
