Dohra kebab by Shireen Anwar of Masala TV


















Ingredients:
Bread (medium size)                  12 pieces
Onion (finely chopped)                1/2 cup
Tomatoes (small cubes)             1
Capsicum (chopped)                  1
Ginger (finely chopped)               1 tbsp
Coriander leaves (chopped)         3 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 4 – 5
Egg                                          1 or 2
Chat masala                              1 tsp
Cumin powder                            1 tsp
(bhuna hoa zeera)
Salt                                          3/4 tsp
Black pepper                             1 tsp
Crushed red pepper                    1 tsp
(kuti hoi lal mirch)
Corn flour                                  4 tbsp
  
Method:
         -      Cut the sides of the bread.
-         Soak the bread slices in that much amount of water that it get absorbed in bread slices you don’t have to squeeze it out. Then mash the bread slices and add all the ingredients in it and mix it well.
-         To make kebab first grease your hand with little oil then make small size kebab and deep fry them.
-         Fry till golden brown and take out on tissue paper to remove excess oil.



I tried these last night they are really tasty, and easy to make, do try these.
