Moong ki daal kay Pakoray (Green gram fritters)

-         Green grams                                         1 ½ cup
      (Moong ki daal (chilkay wali)     
-         Onion (cut thin slices)                            3         
-         Coriander leaves (chopped)                    1/2 bunch
-         Mint leaves (chopped)                            1/2 bunch
-          Ginger and garlic paste                        1 tbsp
-          Green chillies (grounded)                      1 tbsp
-          All spices                                            1/2 tsp
      (garam masala)
-         Red chilli (grounded)                             1/2 tsp
      (kuti hoi laal mirch)
-         Coriander seeds (grounded)                   1 tbsp
      (kuta hoa dhania)
-         Gram flour (channay ka aata)                1/2 tbsp
-         Salt                                                     to taste
-         Baking soda                                         1/4 tsp
      (khanay ka soda)

-         Soak the green grams ( moong ki daal) in water for 4 to 5 hours or more than that, then remove the skin of daal and drain it.
-         Then grind it (do not add water).
-         Transfer the mixture in a bowl and add all the ingredients in it and mix it well (do not add water in this).
-         Before frying add 2 tbsp of hot oil in this mixture and mix it.
-        Then heat the oil and put small quantity of the mixture with spoon in oil to fry. Fry them on medium flame until golden
